Property market
There’s a huge mix of property available in Istanbul. Everything from luxury houses priced at £10million to stylish apartments in modern complexes priced from £50,000 to £250,000.
In the last few years, the market has really boomed and Istanbul has attracted some of the best international developers around. Apartment blocks have all the amenities that you need with concierges who will arrange for your home to be cleaned, your shopping done or your property to be decorated. In fact, a recent report by PricewaterhouseCoopers and the Urban Land Institute found that Istanbul has the most attractive property investment market in Europe.
