Mehmet MUŞ, Turkey’s Trade Minister conducted a test drive with Turkey’s domestic car TOGG, during his visit to the Gemlik plant. At the same time, it was shared on Togg's Twitter account that trial production had started.
A statement on Togg's Twitter account said: "We held our Board meeting this month at our Gemlik Plant, where we have started trial production. After our meeting, our Minister of Commerce Mehmet MUŞ visited our facilities. We held a consultation meeting and a test drive with Mr. MUŞ”
In addition to the footage from the Gemlik facility, the video of Minister MUŞ getting behind the wheel of Togg and taking a test drive was also included in the share.
IT IS EXPECTED THAT THE PRODUCTION FACILITY WILL BE OPENED ON OCTOBER 29
On the other hand, it is expected that on October 29, the Togg plant will be ready for mass production.
Togg, which has set out to create a global brand with 100 percent intellectual and industrial property belonging to Turkey and to form the core of the Turkish mobility ecosystem, will be ready for mass production in the last quarter of 2022.
