Location

Ovacik started out as a sleepy farming village set on the hillside with no more than dirt tracks for roads and a few traditional Turkish homes and farm houses dotted about.  With the recent development of the area, it is now mostly a residential area with private villas and apartments, several smaller type hotels, restaurants, and bars. A more relaxed part of the area than its closest neighbour Hisaronu with its vibrant nightlife and an abundance of shops, restaurants, and bars.
