When analysing the Istanbul property market, two areas emerge as firm winners of popular destinations with house buyers. Despite already being Turkey's biggest city, Istanbul continues to expand, evoking local councils to pump millions into local infrastructure and the real estate market. Two areas that benefit from the increasing numbers of Turks and foreigners buying property are Kagithane and Bomonti.
Both sit in a prime position in European Istanbul, making them hotspots for housing, business, and transport.
